The doctor took her time and was open to my suggestions regarding my teeth and we'll being.. I didn't feel a thing and was happy with the end results. The assistant done an amazing job as well was gentle on me, 😊 I highly recommend this Dentistry!

They've never tried to sell me on something I did not need and they have never tried to find an excuse for me to need something. Practice has always been fair and honest And any routine visit or repair has always been done well. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Steve F

Can’t imagine how the crazy it is in the COVID era. They not only got me in as a new patient, but they did it with a smile! Staff was friendly, and the hygienist was gentle as can be! Posted On: 10/15/2021 My appointment was for 10:30. I was told I had the wrong time and my appointment was for 11:15. I wrote 10:30 on my calendar. So I said I would wait till 11:15 but I had another appointment at 12:30. I was sitting in my car.

Another women with the name Diane was taken before me, then I overheard conversation that my appt. was actually at 10:30. The receptionists must have looked at 11:15 instead of 10:30. I’m sitting there and no one said anything to me. At 11:30 they finally call me back. I ask hygienist, receptionist made mistake. She said yes. Hygienist apologized for the mistake. She got me out in time for my appointment.
Receptionist was taking my payment and never said anything, until I said you messed up the appt. time.

She said yes and apologized. This is my first visit with this new office. Had they communicated they made the mistake as soon as I walked in. I wouldn’t be so upset. But they just acted like I made the mistake and went about things and had me wait longer. Waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes with no communication is not very good customer service. Diane K

Posted On: 10/11/2021 April 10, 2024...I just had an appointment necessitated by upcoming surgery. As usual, the staff were very professional and caring. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Very dependable and thorough.

I had my six month checkup and the staff was very thorough and professional. Although they were dealing with a situation beyond their control, they kept me updated on the reason for the delay. Highly recommend.

Just had my six month checkup on April 25th. Everyone, from the receptionist, to hygienist, to dentist, Doug, were very courteous and professional. Although there have been some staffing changes, the professionalism is totally intact.

Both Dr. Schmitt and Dr. Cruz are very thorough and willing to explain and answer questions. Pain at a visit is a thing of the past, as they use very up to date techniques and go out of their way to provide comfort and reassurance. Very knowledgeable about insurance and prices are reasonable.Try them and you wont be sorry! Cheryl F

Posted On: 07/29/2021 I was able to get Mom in within a day to have her front tooth repaired. Dr Schmitt was able to repair Mom's front tooth that was broken off. Hopefully it will last so she doesn't need a crown.
