I met most of the staff my first visit and everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. They reviewed the procedure I was in for and eased my anxiety about it. Thank You! I highly recommend them. Posted On: 01/09/2025 I am pleased with the hygienist but not at all pleased with the billing department. The knew my insurance no longer was accepted by them and they did not inform me or give me an option to pay out of pocket or make other arrangements. I was not told until after! The appointment was over so I had no other choice but to pay. They made sure the received payment. This appointment was a change in schedule to come in on an earlier day and they did not inform me of the change of my insurance. I am very disappointed in their business ethics. Marilyn W

Posted On: 11/25/2024 I had never been seen at this practice, they were able to get me in to look at tooth I had chipped. The receptionist did inform me I would be seen but there was no guarantee that they would be able to fix my tooth today. I appreciated the transparency. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me. Dr. Vadlamani was kind and patient, she took the time to explain the process and kept me informed of her next steps while filing it in. It allowed to relax and be comfortable. Alora G
