Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. All treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless you have made other arrangements with our office prior to treatment being started.
Dental Financing
For our patients who would prefer to spread out the costs of their dental service(s) over a series of payments, our office offers CareCredit financing. You can apply for financing using the “Get Started” button below:
Cancellation Policy:
Broken Appointments: Failed appointments hurt many people: you, the patient that could have been seen, and our team. Please help us keep our fees down by keeping your reserved dental appointment time. Appointments broken without 48-business hours’ (2 business days) notice will incur a charge. For hygiene appointments the fee is $75.00 and for appointments scheduled with a doctor, the fee will be 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.
